  • Your Tagger may drop off your items during their scheduled appointment.

  • Please drop off your items before or after your shift. If dropping off before, allow enough time to complete your drop off before your shift.


If you are not yet signed up to sell at the Traverse City event in your JBF Profile, we will do that on your behalf so that your online tags will be accessible at our registers. Please check this box to acknowledge.


Choose a Drop Off Appointment

Regular Drop off appointments are scheduled in 30 minute intervals, please arrive within your scheduled 30 minutes.  Clothing will be inspected during drop off and sellers will place their sale ready tagged items on the sales floor.  Allow about 1 hour for up to 250 items.

Express Drop Off appointments are $10 per appointment for up to 250 sale ready tagged items.  Appointments are scheduled in 30 minutes intervals, please arrive within your scheduled 30 minutes and we'll place your items on the sales floor for you.



  • Your unsold items will be donated to our Charity Partner. THANK YOU!

  • Your unsold items (not marked donate) will be sorted for pick up.



  • We will email you a check, you print and deposit. This will be the quickest method to receive your check after the sale. Checks will be emailed within 14 days of the last day of the sale.

  • If your bank or credit union does not accept eChecks, please request a paper check. Your check will be postmarked within 14 days of the last day of the sale.


I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Traverse City and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand that JBF of Traverse City is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Traverse City has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand there is a $15 Consignor Fee taken out of my check after the sale if all remaining unsold tags are picked up after the sale or $10 if all remaining tags are marked to be donated after the sale to the charity partner.

I understand that as a regular consignor I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Traverse City for the items I offer for sale less a $10 or $15 consignor fee taken out of the check if I choose not to help for a minimum of a 4 hour team member shift at the sale.

I understand that consignors who help (team members) for a minimum of 4 hours for set up/drop off, during sort/breakdown, or during the sale, may earn a higher percentage of their fross items offered for sale less a $10 or $15 taken out of the check. Typically 70%.

I understand JBF Traverse City will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

Consignor pick up for unsold items not marked to donate, will be Monday, May 12 between 5:30pm-7:30pm.

I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:31pm on Monday, May 12 will be donated to the JBF charity partner.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.
